Our hygiene measures.
For your healthy stay.

We have always given great importance to hygiene in our house. You can always rely on us for excellent cleanliness and strict compliance with legal requirements. Above all, we want you to feel completely at home with us. With as much warmth as possible and as little contact as necessary, we hope that you will always feel as if you are visiting friends.

We have taken all measures to ensure that you can keep the minimum distance in all public areas of our hotel. This also applies to breakfast, of course.

Hand hygiene
We have set up disinfection stations for you in the entrance area, in the public toilets and in front of the lifts. Please disinfect your hands here regularly.

Guest rooms and public areas
We work together with the Urzinger company for textile management. They confirm that they comply with the »hygienic requirements and specifications of the Infection Protection Act for the reprocessing of laundry and textiles from the areas of healthcare, hotels, care facilities as well as food establishments« through their washing procedure. This is listed with the RKI (Robert Koch Institute) in accordance with § 18 IfSG. The disinfecting effect is proven by expert opinions and test reports which are available to the Robert Koch Institute and are required for the listing. See certificate!

Green Care Professional from TANA – Our sustainable brand for cleaning
Safe, effective, circular: The Green Care Professional brand stands for high-quality cleaning products in harmony with nature. There, cleanliness is interpreted holistically: As a result of cleaning, but also consciously as clean for people, animals and the environment. Their recycling strategy also developed from this basic understanding: the substances used in the production of the Cradle to Cradle® certified range can be returned to the technical and biological cycle. After each departure, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and the surfaces disinfected. The shower curtains are taken down and hung back up cleaned. Each room undergoes a quality check by our housekeepers and is only then released for check-in.

During your stay you can decide whether and in what form you would like the service.

  • If no service is desired, please put the red sign on your door outside.
  • If you would like new towels, please put the used towels on the floor in the bathroom.

If there is a lack of anything else: We are there for you 24 hours a day.
