Our hygiene measures

to ensure your stay is safe

We have always placed great emphasis on hygiene in our house and not just since Corona. You can always rely on highest levels on cleanliness and strict compliance with legal requirements. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable. With as much warmth as possible and as little contact as necessary, we hope that you will feel that you are visiting friends.

Please note:

• Minimum distance of 1.5 meters
  We have taken all measures so that you can keep the minimum distance in all public spaces of the hotel – including at breakfast.
• Mask requirement
  Guests and staff use mouth and nose protection in all public spaces as soon as they enter the hotel. Exception: No mask is required when seated at the breakfast table and in the hotel rooms.
• Hand hygiene
  We have set up disinfection stations for you in the entrance area, in the public toilets and in front of the lifts. Please disinfect your hands here regularly.
• Public spaces
  Our team cleans and disinfects all surfaces such as tables, doors, light switches, shelves etc. and of course our public toilets several times a day according to a set plan.
• Guest rooms
  After each departure, we clean the rooms and disinfect all surfaces thoroughly. These include tables, doors, light switches, bedside tables, and bathroom tiles, etc.
  So that we can protect you and avoid unnecessary contact, we do not enter your room during your stay. If you would like fresh towels, bed linen, toilet paper or something else, please let us know at the reception. We are happy to take care of it.
• Payment
  Please pay at our reception preferably by card. All surfaces such as card readers, pens, writing pads or plexiglass protective shields. are disinfected by our team throughout the day.
